1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on our website.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Products
We sell natural Moroccan products including honey, argan oil, amlou, saffron, floral waters, cosmetics, and herbal products.
All products are carefully selected from trusted suppliers.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added to the order.
Shipping cost:
25€ per carton (from 1 kg to 10 kg).
4. Orders
Orders can be placed through the website, WhatsApp, or phone.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if the information provided is incorrect.
5. Delivery
We deliver to several European countries including France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Delivery conditions:

Shipping is done through transport agency

The customer must go to the agency to collect the package

Home delivery is not available for international orders
Delivery time:
3 to 7 days depending on the destination.
6. Shipping weight
Each carton can contain up to 10 kg.
If the order exceeds 10 kg, additional cartons will be required.
7. Payment
Payment method is agreed before shipping.
Orders will be shipped only after confirmation.
8. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during shipping.
If there is a problem, the customer must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
9. Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company or customs.
